ELECTRONIC COURT AND INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONIC PROOFS IN AN ECONOMIC COURT: POSSIBILITIES OF COOPERATION

Abstract
The article is sanctified to possibility of cooperation of institute of electronic proofs and system of electronic justice. Reformation of rule-making court is analysed, of electronic justice and institute of electronic proofs is described. An author is distinguishing basic problem moments that will arise up at functioning of the system of electronic justice.
