CLASSIFICATION OF COURT DECISIONS IN CIVIL PROCEDURE ON THEIR PLACE IN MECHANISM OF LEGALADJUSTING OF MATERIAL LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS

Abstract
Article is devoted to the classification of decisions in civil procedure on their place in the mechanism of the legal adjusting of material legal relationships. It is suggested on this criterion of classification to divide decisions into constitutive and declarative. It is well-proven that this criterion can be used for classification of both decisions of courts in matters of lawsuit realization and decisions that is accepted in matters of separate realization.
