Abstract
The article investigates the forms and methods of public administration activity in business sphere. The author pays attention on fast development of trading relationship, there are a lot of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities engaged in business activities in trade. The author notes that there is a necessity in detailed and deep study of the forms and meth- ods of public administration activity in business sphere.
