Abstract
This scientific article is dedicated to the economic and legal aspects of the state agricultural politics in the modern globalized world. The impact of the integration processes in the world economy on the development of the domestic agri- culture is studied. The positive and negative factors of globalization, which determine the directions of forming of the state agricultural politics in the contacts of its legal security are characterized.
