PROSECUTOR SELF GOVERNMENT – AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT IN REFORMING OF PROSECUTION

Abstract
In the article the new institution the Law of Ukraine “On Prosecutor’s Office” – prosecutor’s self government is ana- lysed. Bases of its operation and feasibility of implementation of independent management of prosecution authority in practice of prosecutors of present day are given.
