ACCULTURATION OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN COUNTERACTION CRIMES OF MINORS IN PRIROVICE UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes ways and specific acculturation of international experience of creation and functioning juvenile justice system in pre-revolutionary Ukraine. Ukrainian scientists and practitioners generalized empirical data on the activ- ities of juvenile institutions abroad. Mastering foreign experience in juvenile justice occurred through direct observation of its operation. Based on international experience, draft regulations and organizational structures of national juvenile justice agencies were elaborated.
