THE ANALYSIS OF DIGITALC EVIDENCE LEGISLATIVE SUPPLY IN CIVIL PROCEDURE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions of the current civil procedural legislation of Ukraine and certain special regulatory acts with the purpose of assessing the legal provision of the possibility of electronic evidence use in civil procedure. The role of the new edition of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine on the development of the institution of evidence is disclosed. Positive and negative features of certain legislative acts regulating the use of electronic evidence in the trial process are noted.
