THE RIGHT OF RESISTANCE AS A PART OF POLITICAL RIGHTS IN SLOVAK REPUBLIC

Abstract
The aim of the presented article is to characterize and analyze the right to resistance as an important part of political rights of the democratic rule of law in Slovak Republic. An article is mainly devoted to the theoretical definition and elabo- ration of the constitutional concept of the right to resistance, with emphasis on the requirements for protection of the right to resistance and the opportunities for its legal limitations.
