Abstract
The purpose of the study is to establish the totality of circumstances that are subject to proof, to analyse evidence and the specifics of their collection and use during pre-trial investigation of the facts of documents’ forgery provided for state registration of a legal entity and individuals – entrepreneurs (Article 205-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
