ON THE QUESTION ON TYPOLOGY OF SPECIFIC LIFE SITUATION IN COMMITTING MOLESTATION

Abstract
The paper analyzes existing in criminological science approaches to identifying and understanding the role of specific life situations in the mechanisms of the crime. Specific features of specific life situations, which lead to committing moles- tation, are analyzed. On the basis of grouping main elements of criminological significant features of specific life situations, the author proposes typology of SLS which includes situations in the family, artificially created ones, prolonged situations, and situations provoking the crime which falls under Art. 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
