NATIONAL BACKGROUND AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF INDEPENDENT TRIAL MONITORING

Abstract
Presented article is devoted to problem of independent evaluation of work of a judge during court hearing by inde- pendent public organizations. The authors of article present results of such evaluation in countries such as Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland and others. Based on research, authors of article come to conclusion that there is an opportunity to strengthen ability of civil society to assess judicial system by monitoring trials.
