EVOLUTION OF THE LEGAL POSITION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF UKRAINE REGARDING THE CONTENT OF SOCIAL RIGHTS

Abstract
The author of the article aims to analyze the legal position of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine regarding social rights. Conclusions regarding the practice of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine regarding the realization of social rights are made. Legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine regarding social rights are mainly related to the issues of the annual law of Ukraine «On the State Budget», which usually regulates the issues of payments that are related to the implementation of social rights in a new way. In addition, the practice of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the un- derstanding of social rights and their protection against interference in the form of «the law of Ukraine» has no signs of consistency.
