METHODS OF COMMITTED FRAUD CONCERNING TO THE REALTY OF CITIZENS AND ITS INFLUENCE ON FEATURES OF INVESTIGATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of forensic-significant features of fraud methods in relation to objects of real estate. Attention is paid to the description of the methods, to reveal their features, to determine the factors that influence their formation, on the basis of which they are systematized. Based on such a classification criterion as the type (mode) of a civil agreement, all variants of fraudulent acts in the sale of real estate are divided into four groups: 1) fraud is committed without the knowledge of the legal owner of the property; 2) the legal owner participates in the implementation of the trans- action for the sale of real estate, but in due course becomes a victim; 3) committing fraudulent acts with real estate, the owner of which has died or disappeared without a permit; 4) fraud occurs in relation to a person who intends to purchase real estate without an agreement.
