Abstract
The article is devoted to the principle of inviolability of the home and possessions of a person, his place in the system of criminal justice principles. The author highlights the problems of implementation of the principle of inviolability of the home and other property of a person during the investigation (investigation) activities. The ways of improving the legislation in order to improve implementation of the principle of inviolability of the home and other possessions of a person to protect the interests of the individual in criminal proceedings.
