FUNCTIONS OF THE MECHANISM OF LAW-MAKING

Abstract
The concept of the function of the mechanism of law-making and its components is explored. The distinction between the function of law-making and the function of the mechanism of law-making is made. The main attention is paid to the necessity to improve the legal expertise and legal monitoring of law-making; to overcome the collisions and to eliminate the shortcomings of regulatory acts.
