SOME QUESTIONS OF THE REGULATION OF THE PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS

Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting certain issues of the realization of consumers’ rights. The author focuses attention on the problematic issues of the realization of the consumer’s right to information, when purchasing goods of proper and inadequate quality. It is indicated that the protection of consumer rights in Ukraine requires improvement and improvement taking into account foreign experience.
