ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL MECHANISM FOR ENSURING OF GENDER EQUALITY IN THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the operating in the legal system of Ukraine the mechanism administrative-legal for ensuring of gender equality in the system of public administration. On the basis of the mechanism for determining the structure of administrative and legal regulation focuses on the fact that by defining the contents of methods of administrative-legal regulation of social relations is determined by specificity of the existing in Ukraine administration system of gender non-discrimination in public-legal relations. Adapting outlined the concept to the problems of gender equality in the state management system of Ukraine established that the essence of the administrative-legal mechanism for achieving gender parity in the designated field of activity is given to such parameters: establishment of organizational legal safeguards of prevention of discrimination on the basis of a floor in the system of public administration; granting legal opportunities to workers of public administration to make the actions directed to protection of the status against gender discrimination; establishment of legal responsibility for manifestation of discrimination in the system of public service. It is emphasized that an important factor of improvement of system of administration of gender non-discrimination in the system of public administration is introduction of amendments to the current legislation regarding determination of legal responsibility for violations of the law in the sphere of gender equality.
