THE PLACE OF THE PHENOMENON OF “SECURITY” IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE OF: “INTEREST”, “FREEDOM”, “RIGHT”, ”DUTY” AND “RESPONSIBILITY”

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the definition of place of the phenomenon of «security” in the civil procedural categories of ”interest”, ”freedom”, ”right”, ”duty” and ”responsibility”. The self place of the phenomenon of security is shown in each procedure case among these categories. Its uniqueness is explained by the presence of boundaries, restrictions and incentives in the right.
