ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL ASPECT OF THE INACTION OF OFFICIALS OF THE COURT IN ADMINISTRATIVE CASES

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to administrative – legal aspect of the problem of inactivity officers of the court, to review administrative cases. We consider the procedural order of consideration of cases on administrative offenses provided for by administrative law, and the peculiarities of administrative legal relations arising in connection with the proceedings before administrative cases.
