REALIZATION OF THE EU-UKRAINE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT PROVISIONS IN THE DRAFT OF THE LABOR CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the highlighting of the peculiarities of Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the One Part, and Ukraine, of the Other Part implementation in the draft of the Labor code of Ukraine. The state and peculiarities of implementation of its provisions both into the draft of the normative act and into the current Labor code of Ukraine is analyzed.
