SOME ASPECTS IMPROVE THE LEGAL REGULATION OF PRODUCTION WITH PUBLIC SERVICES

Abstract
In the scientific article the peculiarities improve regulation of the proceedings of public services. The author of the expediency of improving the legal regulation of the proceedings of public services. In particular, seen it appropriate to develop a model of administrative regulations regarding public services, public administration and approval of unified standards, that is generalized legal regulations: Code of public services in Ukraine and the Administrative Procedure Code.
