FUND OF STATE REGULATED TARIFF FOR THE SERVICES PROVISION AS A PUBLIC FUND OF MEANS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the essence of such a fundamental category of financial law as public finances and their material form – public cash funds. The study has been undertaken on the concept “public interest”, its types with special attention to the features of publicity. A comparative legal analysis of the categories “fund of the tariff” and “public fund of means” was carried out.
