LEGAL NATURE INSOLVENCY IN THE CIVIL LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article we have studied the legal nature of insolvency in the civil law of Ukraine. Formed definition of civil insolvency as the insolvency of the debtor to perform after the deadline liabilities to creditors, not only through the restoration of its solvency in the case where such debtor’s obligations are not related to the conduct of their business activities. Identified promising areas for further research on the issues discussed.
