ADMINISTRATIVE FORMS OF ACTIVITY OF THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION FOR ENSURING CIRCULATION AND USE OF WEAPONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article proved that the forms of administrative activity of public administration in the field of circulation and use of weapons in Ukraine is an internal activity of state bodies, basically units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which is carried by them within their jurisdictions and aimed at guaranteeing the rights, freedoms and lawful interests of administrative relations subjects in this field. In sphere of ensuring the circulation and use of weapons, the public administration uses legal and not legal forms of administration.
