DIPLOMATIC PROTECTION: GENERAL RULES FOR LEGAL ENTITIES

Abstract
Article is devoted to the examination of the provisions of Draft articles on diplomatic protection in the aspect of the diplomatic protection of corporations are investigated. Basing on the practice of its implementation, the concept of diplo- matic protection and its legal nature are analyzed (in particular, Barselona Traction case). The conditions for the exercise of diplomatic protection of corporations are determined.
