THEORETICAL LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF COOPERATION OF INTERNATIONAL QUARANTINABLE AND INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISM AND SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL PROVIDING OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITY

Abstract
In the article essence is found out and the functions of international quarantinable institutional mechanism of providing of human rights are certain. Basic directions of his cooperating are considered with the home system of the administrative legal providing of rights and freedoms of persons with disability. Concrete directions of implementation of international obligations are offered in part of observance of positions of Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
