THE RIGHT TO ASYLUM: EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE AND UKRAINIAN REALITIES

Abstract
In this article the question of the mechanism of legal support of the right of a person to asylum is raised. The European model for ensuring the right of asylum is considered. The category of “asylum” in the context of various legal acts is reviewed. The actual situation in Ukraine regarding the mechanism of obtaining the right to asylum is briefly reviewed. Key words:
