PRINCIPLES OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE OF STATE REGISTRATION OF RIGHTS TO REAL ESTATE

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to coverage of the legal principles of administrative procedures for state registration of rights to real estate. The scientific basis on the subject, describes laws and regulations governing the activities of execu- tive bodies and local government state registration of rights to real estate. The attention is focused on the principle of tacit consent procedures for state registration of rights to real estate.
