Abstract
Under the consideration in the article is the issue of practical implementation of the article 49 of the Code of Administrative Jurisdiction of Ukraine in respect of the engagement of the third parties into the court proceedings in essence. The court decisions analyzed have been approved after the entry into force of the Code of Administrative Jurisdiction of Ukraine in the new edition. The attention is focused on advisability of еengagement of the third parties on condition of prevention their abuse of the court proceedings participant’s rights.
