Abstract
The article deals the problematic of imposing disciplinary penalties on military men of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It also considers doctrinal studies and analysis of scientific regarding this topic. The ways of solving the problematic issues that arise in the practical application of imposing disciplinary penalties on military men are offered.
