SUBJECT OF A LOAN AGREEMENT IN CIVIL LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the subject of the loan agreement is investigated as an essential condition of a civil-law agreement. In the course of the research, the author analyzed the existing approaches of different scholars to define the concept of "subject of a loan agreement". Based on the analysis of the Ukrainian legislation regulating the essential conditions of civil legal treaties and scientific literature on this issue, the author focuses attention on the content of the concept of the subject of a loan agreement in civil law of Ukraine.
