MEASURES COMBATING CORRUPTION MODERN AND UPDATED LAW OF UKRAINE «ON STATE SERVICE»

Abstract
This article analyzes revised legislative framework for Law of Ukraine «On civil service» for purposes of preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine, which take effect May 01, 2016. The work carried prospective analysis because of introduction of new Laws which provide for requirements of European Commission. The main thrust of revised Law – is prevention of corruption.
