ABOUT SOME SUBSTANTIVE ELEMENTS OF PREVENTIVE ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article clarifies the content of the concept of “prevention of crimes committed in the field of the execution of sentences in Ukraine”, and an analysis of its systemic features in the context of preventive activities related to the fight against recidivism and other unlawful manifestations carried out in this area of public relationships.
