GENERAL FRAMEWORKS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE SPHERE OF PUBLIC HEALTH CARE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the identification of general frameworks of public administration in the sphere of public health care. The author formulates a definition of the concept of general frameworks of public administration in the sphere of public health care. It is considered the main sources of regulation of general principles of public administration activities. General principles of public administration are proposed to classify according to the criteria of regulation’s sources and content. The author pays special attention to general principles which are consolidated in the Law of Ukraine “Fundamen- tals of the Legislation of Ukraine on Health Care” and provides own vision of their essence and content. The paper clarifies the current state of statutory regulation of general principles of the activities of public administration in the sphere of public health care and formulates proposals and recommendation for its improvement.
