PECULIARITIES OF THE LABOR LAW AFFECTED UNDER THE PROJECT OF THE LABOR CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the scientific analysis of the field of labor law in accordance with the draft Labor Code of Ukraine. The author analyzed the provisions of the draft TC of Ukraine regarding the establishment of boundaries of the scope of employment law. The article establishes that under the sphere of labor law should be understood all the contents of the «legal field», which is under the influence of the norms of labor legislation.
