THE RIGHT OF PERSON TO DISPOSE OF ORGANS AND OTHER ANATOMICAL MATERIALS THROUGH THE PRISM OF REALIZATION OF THE RIGHT TO PERSONAL INVIOLABILITY

Abstract
The article highlights the question about the definition and content of the right to personal inviolability. It also focuses on the right of person to dispose of organs and anatomical materials after death. The emphasis is placed on the fact that other persons do not have the right to dispose of the organs of the deceased person. The authors propose amendments to some of the provisions of the current medical law.
