Abstract
The paper studied the legal regulation of the activities of public authorities for the implementation and protection of the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities. Identify problematic aspects in the making and enforcement of these subjects of administrative law. Courtesy of the proposal to improve the legal regulation in the investigated area of activity of the public authorities.
