MECHANISM OF CRIME PREVENTION AS A COMPLEX SYSTEM OF SOCIO-LEGAL SOCIETY RESPONSE TO CRIMINAL PHENOMENA

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of some specific features of the application of the system approach in crimino- logical research and the formulation of the corresponding definition, the systemic properties of crime-fighting activity are considered. The analysis of the main elements of the mechanism of counteraction to crime was made and its concept was formulated on this basis, as well as certain differences from related categories.
