CONCERNING THE QUESTION OF DEFINITION OF THE OBJECTIVE SIDE OF CRIME UNDER ART. 110-2 THE CRIMINAL CODES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the objective side of a crime under Art. 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The analyzed the anti-terrorist legal framework of modern Ukrainian legislation on the definition of financing of terrorism separatism. The consider certain forms of financial or material support separate activities. The attention is focused on the importance of further research on this issue and supplementing the current legislation with criminal and legal norms that increase criminal responsibility for financing public appeals for separatism and dissemination of materials with calls for such actions.
