QUESTIONS OF APPLICATION AND APPEAL OF DECISIONS, ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF THE INVESTIGATOR OR PROSECUTOR IN APPLYING SECURITY MEASURES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the regulatory legal regulation of the institution providing security for persons participating in criminal proceedings. Attention is drawn to the inconsistency of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Security of Persons Taking Part in Criminal Proceedings”. Further provisions have been developed to improve the procedure for appealing against a decision, action or omission of an investigator or prosecutor when applying security measures.
