SYSTEM SUBSTANTIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL SUPPORT INTRODUCTION IN UKRAINE THE BOLOGNA PROCESS

Abstract
The content system of the introduction of the Bologna process in Ukraine and the principles of its legal support are revealed. The practice of implementing the main priorities of the European Higher Education Area: credit module system, quality assurance of education, innovation development, academic and student mobility, and other generalization are summarized. An example of in-depth analysis of two areas – the internationalization of education and the introduction of the ECTS – determines the achievements, challenges and prospects for reforming the educational system. The necessity of combining a radical approach to European educational values with preservation of national traditions and priorities is grounded.
