THE MAIN QUESTIONS OF CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY OF MEDICAL PERSONNEL IN THE UNITED STATES

Abstract
The article highlights the main questions of medical personnel criminal responsibility in the United States. The analysis of legislative regulation of medical personnel criminal responsibility in the United States was done. The authors focused on the form of guilt and on the circumstances excluding the criminal act.
