LEGISLATION ON THE USE OF THERMAL WATERS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal regime of the use of thermal waters. The legal aspects of the approval as an element of the permit procedure for the provision of thermal waters for use on basis of special permits are considered. The order and sequence of registration and receipt of permits are described.
