Abstract
In this article it was analyzed the provisions of international legal acts of the United Nations for the activities of transnational corporations and other enterprises in the field of human rights protection. It was paid attention to the activities of the UN institutional bodies in preventing human rights violations by transnational corporations. It was focused attention on the existing problems in this area.
