Abstract
The relevance of the topic of financing the budget: challenges no doubt, as Ukraine today, more than ever in need of financial resources not only for the investment program, but also to overcome the current shortcomings in the media within the budget deficit. That is why a detailed study of the current legislation on the subject of financing the budget and definition of problematic issues is essential to improve the efficiency and transparency of this process.
