RIGHT TO AN ARTIFICIAL ABORTION IN THE ASPECT OF HUMAN RIGHT TO LIFE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of certain aspects of human rights for the artificial abortion. The author correlates the human right to an artificial abortion with the right to life. Provisions on the impossibility of individually considering the right to artificial abortion only as a legal category, and therefore, provided religious approaches to the possibility of existence of this right. The author's argument is based on the fact that the human right to artificial abortion is contrary to the constitutional right of a person to life.
