INDIVIDUAL LAW REGULATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE THEORIES OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INTERESTS

Abstract
The article describes the characteristics of individual law regulation in the context of the theories of public and private interests of law regulation. This regulation is aimed at resolving specific situations that require legal permission and are addressed to personally identified entities. It was ascertained that with the help of individual legal acts there is an establishment, modification or termination of the legal rights and duties of participants in public relations individually.
