INTERNATIONAL LEGAL STANDARDS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION BY THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT FUNCTION OF THE STATE

Abstract
In the article the norms of basic international legal acts are analyzed in relation to organization and activity of organs of office of public prosecutor. A basic accent is done on Leading principles, that touch roles of persons, that carry out a prosecution, the UNO, in 1990, and documents of CE and Consultative advice of the European public prosecutors. As a result of research the certain ways of legislative perfection are offered on questions further development and functioning of the home system of organs of office of public prosecutor.
