THE OPERATIONAL ECONOMIC SANCTIONS IN THE SECURITY CONTRACTUAL LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The concept, features, types of the operational economic sanctions applied in the security contractual legal relations are defined in the article. Their signs are the organizational nature, the focus on restructuring of the contractual relationship, the application regardless of the offender’s fault, unilaterally, without judicial order and a claim. The types of the operational economic sanctions are the following: a temporary suspension of the contract, a unilateral termination of the contract, the termination of a service, the indisputable contractual write-off funds from the account or the rights of a clearing participant, the failure/suspension of the contractual obligations.
