ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN EU AND UKRAINE: PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
The article investigates the future prospects of the implementation of the Association Agreement between the Euro- pean Union and Ukraine. Components of the Association Agreement are analyzed. The author focuses on the features of the entry into force of the Association Agreement and the impact of the referendum in the Netherlands on the future status of the Association Agreement. Considering possible options for the further implementation of the Association Agreement. General trends of harmonization of EU law and legislation of Ukraine are scrutinized, recommendations are proposed.
